Karenanne Brown, CEO
Atlas Flasher & Supply Co., was purchased in 1993 by Karenanne Brown. She has been in the construction business since 1985. As CEO, she deals mainly with governmental agencies, tax forms, certifications, and seeing that Atlas runs smoothly. Her goal is a family-oriented firm, ensuring the success and satisfaction of the entire Atlas Flasher family and her customers.

Jeffrey H. Jones, President
Jeff Brings his 25 years experience in customer service into play at Atlas. He assures quality production at competitive pricing. He is also our "People Person"- a President always available for and interested in the goals of our customers.

Gary P. Ottey, Vice President
Gary has been with us since 1996 bringing with him years of experience in traffic safety. He now heads our sister company Atlas of Pa, Inc. and works primarily out of the Norristown Office.  He spends his days satisfying the customers of Pennsylvania. 

Ryan S. Brown, Vice President
Ryan has been with us since 1999. He is also the guy who “crunches” those numbers. He does most of our buying, as well as putting the final stamp of approval on all our large quotes and bids. He and Jeff are our representatives at conventions, job meetings and local activities. He and Jeff worked in tandem to facilitate the move to our new larger quarters in Mickleton. He met with inspectors, town planners and architects making our move smooth and efficient.  In addition, you might see him on the road occasionally setting up a detour since everyone jumps in to meet the customers’ needs. 

Cynthia M. Sabol, Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager
Cindy came back to Atlas in early 2000. She was hired as an administrative assistant to Karenanne and Jeff, but once the customers spoke to her, she quickly became a favorite. Now she spends most of her days with customers coordinating and supplying jobs. Her additional duties as Office Manager have her distributing the work to clerical to keep operations running smoothly.

Ruth Ashmen, Human Resources
Ruth joined Atlas in 2004 in the role of Human Resource Manager. Since we now number more than 45 employees, Ruth handles the myriad of paperwork that goes along with payroll and benefit coverage.  She’s the first person a new employee sees after being hired. She handles all employees’ phones and Nextels as well as dealing with insurance quotes and coverage. In busy times,  she even jumps in to answer phones so the customers are not kept waiting.

Scott Helms, Sign Shop Manager
Scott  has run our sign shop for the past 7 years.  It has grown to include 4 assistants to meet the needs of our growing company. You can trust your job to be done correctly when put in Scott’s Hands.  Scott does both press adhesive signs and silk screening for mass production. 

James H. Montgomery, Operations Manager
Jim has the distinction of being the most senior employee of Atlas Flasher. He worked for the previous owner and has done it all. Now he is using his skills to make sure the jobs are done properly, the crews are evaluated regularly and all work is completed correctly, safely and on time! He is also training the next generation of traffic safety experts!

Charles P. Carter, Fire and Safety Manager
Charlie joined Atlas in 2003 and brings over 15 years experience in emergency lighting to our company. He oversees our “Red, White and Blue Division” as his men install and repair lights from contractors, landscapers, Fire, EMS and Police Vehicles. Under Charlie’s supervision and our expert craftsmanship, we have seen our callback level at nearly zero.  We take a plain vehicle straight from the dealer and install computers, cameras, lettering and specialty lighting.  We have serviced some of the largest police forces in South Jersey including Cherry Hill, Voorhees and Washington Township.

Jack Steen
Inventory Control, Website Management & Sales
Jack is not new at Atlas. He started in December of 2002 part time while he attended college. Now with a brand new degree, Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Joseph's University, we've put in the front office to analyze our employees. In his spare time, he is creating an Inventory Control System, helping out with sales and saving for grad school in the fall.

Brian J. Stevens, Equipment Manager.
Brian came to work for Atlas in 1994 and has been involved in every aspect of the company since that time. Brian uses his mechanical experience to make sure that our  30 Arrowboards, 25 Message Boards, 15 Light Towers and 28 Crash Trucks are ready and in top form for customer use.

Daniel E. Walker, Safety and Training Manager.
Dan has been with Atlas since 1995. He leads the crews in the field and makes sure the younger guys are trained before hitting the road.

James Z. Garczewski, Sales Consultant (PA)
We just call him Jim. Since 2003 Jim has assisted Gary to keep our Pennsylvania Office growing, taking care of quotes, bids and even pitching in on the road to make sure our jobs are done right and on time!

SALES FORCE
Our outsides sales force is the fact of Atlas that the customer usually sees first.  Warren Tomlinson, Outside Sales Manager, oversees our field representatives.  These include Michael Underwood, (NJ), Paul Henwood (PA &DE) and Terry Lehman (DE & MD). They are experienced, knowledgeable reps that think nothing of dropping everything to take care of our most important asset - our Customers!

Our Crews
Our crews are certified by the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PENNDOT), the Delaware Department of Transportation (DEL-DOT), the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, and we are now certified with the Maryland Department of Transportation. (MDDOT).At any given time you can see our crews setting up or breaking down detours and road closures for many utility and construction companies in the tri-state area. We also have part time helpers to ease the load during busy times.

Office Staff
It all starts with the First Impression and Alice Dick handling those incoming calls in a friendly manner starts things off right. Also important parts of our workforce are Linda Flaherty handling all the New Jersey and Delaware rental billing and Susan Carter taking care of company sales invoicing as well as PA Rental Billing and Payables. These ladies are always ready and willing to answer any questions you may have.

Red White & Blue Installation Department
We have over 30 years experience between our five lighting installers and they make sure the customers job is done right, the first time. We pride ourselves in our high quality craftsmanship from our customer designed cabinetry to our police vehicle outfits, Atlas is your one stop shop for Safety Vehicle Installations!
