Karenanne has been in the construction business since 1985. First co-owning and running American Asphalt Company from its inception in 1985 through the purchase of Atlas Flasher & Supply Company in 1993. Karen sold her share of American in 2000 and began to grow Atlas Flasher while maintaining a family owned business with an emphasis on families.
Joe left his career in Information Technology to join the family business. Joe is tasked with fine tuning systems and procedures at Atlas to increase efficiency and reduce cost. Joe brings quick decisions and financial planning to the table.
Jason brings his Business Degree and years of experience with his own family business to Atlas. Jason does the spending. He spends a lot. He also works with the salesmen, takes customer and vendor calls and meetings, handles all insurance requirements and licenses and registers all vehicles and equipment.
Cindy’s job is to help with all the details of Karen, Ryan’s and Jason’s positions. She runs the front staff, delegates work and makes sure it’s completed. She deals with customers, orders most supplies and knows EVERYTHING about Atlas. If you want something done—see Cindy.
Jim has the distinction of being the most senior employee at Atlas. He has done it all on the road and now is using his job as Operations Manager to make sure jobs are properly manned and run.
Larry has been with us since 2007. He brings 18 years of traffic safety experience to bear in his present position. Larry oversees all job operations out of our Pottstown and Danville offices including scheduling, customer contact and employee decisions. He makes sure the jobs run out of the Pottstown office are run in a quick and efficient manner.
